UK Delivery
At The Snug Rug Company, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
We hold stock in our UK warehouse of the following colours in all sizes and shapes:
Cream, Grey, Navy, Olive, Light Brown Coffee & Light Pink
The website is spilt into "In Stock" & "Make to Order"
If it is a rug that is in stock, it is dispatched Monday to Friday via DPD 48 hour tracked delivery (UK Bank Holidays the warehouse is closed).
Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day. Orders after 2pm are processed next working day.
If you select a "Make to Order" colour it takes 3 weeks for us to make it and ship it to you. (Not including any Bank Holidays)
Shipping is GBP12.99 and orders are sent by DPD 48 hour tracked courier service.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package's progress.
Please note that our shipping times may vary depending on your location and the time of year. During busy periods such as holidays or sales events, shipping times may be longer than usual.
All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT, so there are no hidden fees or charges. We believe in transparency and want you to have a clear understanding of the total cost of your purchase.

Out of Stock
If the Snug Rug is showing as out of stock it means we have sold out from UK stock.
Please get in touch with Kara directly to find out when it is due to be restocked. Email hello@thesnugrugcompany.com
USA - Temporarily Suspended
Whilst we navigate changes on taxes and duties to the US we have made the decision to temporarily pause shipping to the US.
Rest of the World
We currently only ship to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

We will speak to our logistics team to get a quote for shipping.
Please note we are unable to ship to the EU as of 13th December 2024. We will be reviewing this later in 2025.
